Program Ads
Support Stage West by purchasing ads to appear in show programs throughout the season. Orders are typically due about 4.5 weeks before the performance.
Business Ads & Sponsorships
Local businesses can buy single program ads or sponsorships in show programs that are passed out to ALL patrons at about 10 public performances* during a season, giving great exposure to the community.
Sponsorships are sold only during the fall. When you purchase a sponsorship your ad will appear in EVERY program during that school season for a reduced price. Plus sponsors’ names are listed in a special “advertising sponsors” section of every program.

* A typical Stage West season includes 10 public performances: Fall Musical (4), Winter Play (4), Spring Talent Showcase (1), and a spring student-led show (1). Sometimes the spring shows opt to use digital programs, but sponsor ads will still be included in the digital program. Amount of performances subject to change during any season.
Personal Ads & Well-Wisher Messages
Individual family members and friends of the cast and crew may order these program ads and messages to support their students. Personal ads are available in either half or full page, and can include photos and text. Well-wisher messages are text only and limited to 4 lines.
